Test email won't send..

Hello,

I'm trying to set up the mail feature in ALM. I've filled out all the default information with my mail server, port, protocol, etc. But every time I do Set Mail Protocol and do the test email, it says it didn't go through. I've already checked that my ALM server has access to the SMTP server. The only thing I can think of is that I'm not specifying a "from" address or a user for the app to use when sending mail. How do I set these parameters?

Also.. Does this app generate any logs in a default directory?
