Hi Elitrow,
Try "Restore advanced setting" and "Restore" IE settings of IE 9, these functionality buttons will be available in
Tools -> Internet Options ->Advanced.
Are the DLL errors still poping up during QC load afer the above restore/reset of IE settings?
