Hi,
I am useing Windows 8 and I am haveing problems using "Document Generator". When I click on Document Generator it looks as if it is going to work and then I recieve a message box with the following error message: "Unkown GIF Version". I was able to access the document generator one time and now I can't even access it. What do I need to do to fix this? This is a huge problem as it is preventing me from doing my work. Any help will be apprciated.
