You can also review the Database Reference materials that come with the product for a full description of the project database schema. BG_USER_03 is a field in the database table BUG. When the <entity>_Fields method is used you provide the name of a database field for that entity. The names of the fields can be found looking at the database reference and/or by looking at the Project Entities as Craig mentioned. When looking at the Project Entities you can see both the UI label for the field and the associated name of the field in the database.
