Re: QC Login Error via CITRIX

I do not think the issue is about your OS version since you are connecting with Citrix. QC client in this case is not running on your machine. It is running on the Citrix server. I think you should, as the message says, contact your Citrix team or QC support to get the server side installation working. Probably the QC components need to be first installed with Local Admin priviledges on the server side. Now there is some policy preventing the installation.
