Hi PunatiSubbarao,

 

This might help you.

 

Create a  web-application using .NET  through which users can request access for certain roles in different projects ( request can be recursive or one project at a time) to  your Quality Center application .

 

Design this page in such a way with two options

 

i.) directly user ( PQR ) can raise request for x,y,z roles in ABC.

 

ii) Another user ( MNO) should be able to request access for PQR

 

when you select the required project and required roles and affected person and when you submit this request, if the user is already present is siteadmin the write an api to check whether user existed in user project if not add user to user project and add the requested roles.if user is already present in user project just add the roles.

 

If user is not even present in siteadmin, write the api for adding the user in site admin first along with his LDAP details and then add to the user project and grant the roles.

 

you have to integrate webapplication and QC API's using SOA or some other webservices.

 

In this way we can avoid batch processing and future manual intervention.
