Please confirm that you are trying to restore a qcp file created in ALM11 and not in any other version (eg. QC9.2 or QC10). Such errors usually occur when users are trying to restore qcp files created in different ALM version than the one they are trying to restore on. If this is not the case, can you please let us know if this is happening only for one single qcp file or for example if you export an existing project in ALM SA to qcp file and try to restore it would you facing the same issue again?
