Hello Quality Center Experts,
Can someone help me write a code through workflow customizations where the system sends out automatic emails whenever the "Assigned To" fields changes in the Defects module? Currently we have it set up that the system sends out emails everytime the status changes but we would like to have the system to send out email if there's any changes been made and not just the status change.
I would like to do this through the workflow since the AutoMail option isnt giving me exactly what I need. I just want the system to send out emails to the Assigned to user when ever that field changes even if nothing else changes, not even the status of the defect.
