You asked the same question in another recent thread. Did you have a look at the workflow help document as was suggested? There are several examples there to help you do this. It is usually much better to learn this by trying then for someone to do it for you.
I already told you in the aother thread which workflow module and event to modify. The code you had in that thread was for a different field but was close to what you need.
