it's Windows 2008 64 bit . All the users have local admin rights to the machines
We tried clean up of lod client files using uninstall utility and tried to load client components by accessing freshly. Also tried replacing otaclient.dll file from wokring machine to problematic machines. In some of the machines this worked. Still some users have the issue.
Even if we open a HP case also , they are telling us to clenup manually. It would be a good idea if HP automates this process 100 %.
