you need to have full permissions on C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\XLStart\TDAddin folder. This is one of the issue with Win 7 machine (both 32 & 64 bit)
For windows 7, path will be like C:\Program Files x86\Microsoft Office\Office14\XLStart\TDAddin.
please note that office14 mentioned in above path vill vary if you have other version of MS Office. office 14 is for MS Office 2010
Provide full permission to yourself on this TDAddin folder & your issue will be resolved.
