HP Change Impact Testing module for SAP Applications add-in missing & errors:

Hello folks,

Any idea what's the latest version for HP Change Impact Testing module for SAP Applications ALM 11 add-in? And why isn't it there anymore in the ALM 11 Add-ins Page (-> More HP ALM Add-ins)?

I've deployed CIT on two ALM 11 (Patch 13) servers with different OS version and platform(2003R232bit & 2008R264bit) and DB configuration (sql2008, Oracle11g) and every time I open the Change Impact Testing I get these two errors.

1. Cannot initialize tree
2. Access violation at address 14567706 in module 'CIT.ocx'. Read of address 00000000.

I got the CIT.ocx from the HP FTP: ftp://ftp.itrc.hp.com/applications/qualitycenter/qc110/ent/cit/index.html

One more thing. SAPJco 2.1.8 is superseded by version 2.1.10. Does anyone have the 2.1.8 SAPJco version because I got some errors when performing the changes import? The SAPJCo 2.1.10 shows it is properly configured, but when I start CIA server, it gives the message:

ERROR - SAP JCO is not installed well. Please check installation. Details: NoCla
ssDefFoundError error: com/sap/mw/jco/JCO

Also after trying to import a change the following message is displayed by the CIA server:
INFO - Change analysis app configuration file not found. Using default configuration.

Any idea which config file is missing, and how to get it and set it up?
